Happiness Inside

Develop Happiness Inside and Learn How to Be Happy

It's Sunday morning and I climbed from bed at 5:00am. I have been trying to add an hour to my day (in order to be more productive and meet some of my goals) and although my target time is 5:30, today I chose to get up 30 minutes earlier.

It's interesting to be up before the sun.

Now, I know there are MANY people, from farmers, to city commuters, to factory workers, that are up way before the sun as a part of their everyday work life. However, it is different for those of us who "do not have to" be up so early. We can experience the magic of daybreak anticipation. It might be so quiet (much like my morning) that the peace filling the new day envelopes one in a cocoon of calm intention. One can contemplate the day ahead. Considerations can be made with reflection. Tasks can be started - and thus finished - earlier. Living life seems more deliberate.

I do not miss the late nights of my younger years.
I do not pine away for a "night life". I wonder if it's just the way of it as you move forward in life... After awhile, you long for - and appreciate - the simple lovely quiet an early morning brings.

:)

Be Peaceful... Be Happy,
Tracy

In the quiet of the morning I find peace withing my soul. The world that I love still exists even though she has been battered and abused. As I move forward to a new day, may I bring restoration to those who have been ill and to seek those who hide. Then my work is done when the world begins anew. Enjoy your early mornings, friend Tracy

The magic is something that is quite inspiring , I agree up before the sun gives you a moment to think about your day that lay ahead of you. I too don't miss a thing about those late night's when I was younger, I believe it does have something to do with WISDOM, & aging gracefully! keep enjoying those mornings Tracy~

I have also loved the morning quiet. Most yrs. I have gone out and picked flowers for the table, even the small ones you can float in water and enjoy the colors. There is a peace that seems to pass all understanding! You are one with your thoughts and they can be whatever you choose them to be. Albeit, always choose the best ones! Think on your life as you want it to be, and change your destiny even where it stands at this point in time. We don't need to leave the moments, but only to bring joy into the ones we have at the present time. Have a wonderful day of happiness Tracy.
